Order Processing

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Please note that this can be subject to change in our busy launch, holiday or sales periods. If you are concerned about timing please email us.

Once we have sent your order delivery times will be under the control of Australia post.

Orders will be sent from our warehouse on the Gold Coast within 1-3 business days.

It is made from high quality Stainless Steel with 18k Gold Plating which is designed to last. Yes you can swim and shower. Just keep harsh products away from the jewellery to keep it looking great!
