Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Meraalii, we want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Earrings can not be returned, exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In original condition - unworn and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached if applicable.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return:
Step 1: Contact us at Meraaliiofficial@gmail.com with your order number so that we can get in touch with you to organise your return.
Step 2: After hearing from us. Package your item securely and send it back to us.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Postage may need to be covered by the customer. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at Meraalii@gmail.com.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping labels for all damaged or defective items within Australia. Simply contact us and we'll email you a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Meraaliiofficial@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll access and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
